Don't waste your time

Very irresponsible person. I was from out of state and he was the lowest of three bids to install a heating A/C unit in my rental. He did not let me see anything he was installing and refused to email or postal mail me a invoice or description of unit. (Warning: Do not neccessarily choose the lowest bid.) Because of 10 yr warranty on parts and he was the installer I continued to try and use him for servicing. Bad Choice. The first year it was installed On three ocassions I had breakdowns. he agreed to make service calls but on all three seperate occasions DID NOT SHOW UP! He claimed the tenant was not home when they were. The tenant and me would call him and nothing but voicemail and never a return call back. On Dec.20, 2017 My tenants (two Senior citizens) contacted me about the heater not working. I was desperate and felt it was a emergency...seniors, cold out etc etc etc.. I called Les and he said he will be there same day to repair. He asked for tenants number and I gave it to him. I explained to him that they were seniors and freezing. Leary of his past "No Shows" I contacted Tenants and informed them to please call me if he does not call or contact them. They did and he Again...NO show...Could not for figure out why would someone keep saying they are coming and not show up..I still cannot figure out what a business would accomplish by doing this. Strange guy. So if youn use him I suggest that when you make a appointment....go pick him up..it will save time when he's not there to pick up. unreliable, and his products are low end if you don't make sure...untrustworthy busness practice. He even had the nerve to insult Rightnow heating and a/c when I asked his opinion of their service. He quoted."they are a rip off" thats why they have big advertisement...
